Hi there, this is Michelle R, I previously blogged for the first time on the ESMC blog. This is a new tool for communication which I hopefully will develop new and effective communication skills when working with sm applications. Part of today's exercise is to explain my field of study, I am currently taking some courses through general study while working fulltime. My previous post-secondary experience was working full time while working towards my HR certificate through part-time studies, while raising my son as a single parent.
My goal now is learning to be more effective with communication as I try to stay ahead of the sm curve. At my current place of work, we are looking to capitalize on social media. In today's workforce I am learning to adapt on how to reach out to the different generations by the tools they use to communicate. Social media is fast paced, ever changing mode and I am hopeful to be in the know when it comes to communicating effectively with a new generation so they are engaged with us as a potential employer.
