At this time, I do not wish to start a Blog.

I could not figure out how to post a screen image.

Joanne, thanks for posting the link to your FB page. If you want to embed the photo here, first take a screen capture (sounds like you have already) and upload it directly to the blog (click on the picture icon when you're posting an entry). Let me know if I can help.

Also, you don't need to start your very own blog, you can just continue posting here, as you are, for blogging practise. Great work!
